After the Elections: Where Next for US/Asia Relations?

The US elections results will not be fully known on 4 November, but there is still much that can be anticipated about the likely direction and tone of US policy in Asia under either a Trump or a Biden Presidency.

With Democrat contol of the House of Representatives secure and control of the Senate a possibility the potential for significant change is high.

And although relations with the US under Trump have sometimes been volatile, a Biden victory is not necessarily welcome for all Asian countries.
