The Buraimi Affair

Mr. Michael Quentin Morton, an independent researcher and writer, will talk about the Buraimi Affair, which shaped the futures of the UAE and Oman, and also the oil history and politics of the region. He is the author of Buraimi: The Struggle for Power, Influence and Oil in Arabia.

This lecture will begin at 1.15pm. If you would like lunch beforehand, please inform the RSAA office in advance.
