Kerala: The Cultural Legacy of Travancore

HRH Princess Gouri Parvathi Bayi of Travancore will give a first-hand account of the impact of a thoughtful Royal family, the continuity of tradition and the changing role of royals in India today. She will introduce the history of her family, a dynasty that governed, using a sacred concept of trusteeship, one of the most progressive princely states in pre-independence India.

This lecture will begin at 1.15pm. If you would like lunch beforehand, please advise the RSAA office in advance.
