Brandenburg Choral Festival
The RSAA has joined forces with the Brandenburg Choral Festival to raise funds for the Sir Peter Holmes Memorial Award for Travel. The evening will include a programme of music from well-known operas and other choruses. The Society will receive a percentage of all ticket sales, and there will also be a cash bar.
Verdi: Requiem [excerpts]
Mozart: Godiam la Pace, O Voto Tremendo and Placido e il mar from Idomeneo
Purcell: Come away fellow Sailors, To the Hills and the Vales and With Dropping Wings from Dido and Aeneas
Taylor: Purfleet Chorus from Ludd and Isis
The concert will begin at 7.30pm. Tickets must be booked in advance via the RSAA office.

Lecture starts at 1.15pm and ends around 2.30pm. A sandwich lunch is available from 12.30pm and must be booked via the office by 2.30pm the day before.
