We are pleased to announce that on 18 May the RSAA’s relationship with Haileybury took a big step forward with the re-unification of the Society’s collections that, for the last five years, have been divided between the school and the Society’s offices in Euston.
The RSAA Library, Archive and collection of paintings and other artifacts will now be housed in the spectacular Wilkins Quad at Haileybury. In their new home they will make a key contribution to the Society’s educational objectives and from October this year they will be available to researchers by appointment.
This marks a major enhancement of our ability to conserve, develop and promote the RSAA’s collections as well as making them accessible in a fittingly attracive location. A formal opening is planned for 2022.
